OmniaGraph terms of service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. About these terms
OmniaGraph is a product of Rodan Analytics Limited. These terms are an agreement between you and Rodan Analytics Limited, company number 13780448, registered office 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX ("we", "us"). They cover your use of:
- the OmniaGraph app at
app.omniagraph.com - the OmniaGraph API
- the OmniaGraph MCP server at
mcp.omniagraph.com, which AI assistants connect to - the website at
omniagraph.com
If your organisation has a signed agreement or order form with us, that agreement applies and takes priority over these terms where they differ.
By signing in or connecting an AI assistant, you accept these terms. If you use OmniaGraph for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
OmniaGraph is for business use only. You confirm you are not using it as a consumer.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. The service
OmniaGraph runs monitors: repeated research on the markets, companies or regulators you choose. A monitor run collects public sources and any private documents you add, uses AI models to extract cited findings, scores each finding's evidence with OmniaScore and publishes the findings with a written brief.
OmniaScore is a 0 to 100 score of how strong a finding's evidence is. It is calculated by fixed rules, not by an AI model. It measures the evidence, not whether a finding is true.
We may change, add, suspend or remove any feature at any time.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You sign in with a code we email to you. We may also let you sign in with a Rodan account, operated by Rodan Analytics Limited, that is linked to your OmniaGraph account. Signing in with a Rodan account does not create an OmniaGraph account or give access to a workspace. Keep access to your email account and any Rodan account secure, because anyone who can use them can sign in as you.
- Your data sits in a workspace. A workspace owner invites people and gives each a role: owner, member or viewer.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping the people with access to your workspace up to date.
- Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Connecting AI assistants
You can connect an AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, to one OmniaGraph workspace.
- You approve each connection. The consent screen shows the workspace and the access asked for. A connection can do only what your role allows, and no more than it was approved for.
- The assistant acts for you. What a connected assistant does through OmniaGraph, such as starting research, creating a monitor or uploading a document, counts as your action. Assistants are told which tools change your workspace, but whether they ask you first depends on the assistant.
- Results leave OmniaGraph. Results we return go to the assistant and its provider, for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Anysphere. Their terms, not ours, govern what happens to them next. You are responsible for connecting only assistants your organisation allows for that data.
- Assistants can be wrong. An assistant may summarise, combine or restate our findings inaccurately. Check important points against the finding and its sources in OmniaGraph.
- Limits apply. Each connection has rate limits by type of call, and paid calls and research runs use workspace credits. When a limit is reached, the call is refused with a message saying when to try again.
- You can disconnect at any time. A workspace owner can disconnect any assistant in Settings. Removing a user, or lowering their role, stops that user's connections at once.
We are not responsible for AI assistants or their providers, and we may stop supporting an assistant at any time.
5. Your content
"Your content" means what you put into OmniaGraph: monitor settings, watchlists, questions, private documents and anything else you upload or enter.
- You keep all rights in your content.
- You give us permission to store, copy and process your content only to provide the service to you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our privacy policy.
- We do not use your content to train AI models.
- You confirm you have the right to upload your private documents and to have them processed as described in our privacy policy.
6. Research output
"Output" means what OmniaGraph produces for you: findings, briefs, reports, scores and exports.
- Subject to paying all fees due, you may use output for your organisation's internal purposes only. You may not publish, resell or distribute it without our written consent.
- Output is built from public sources and AI models. It can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, even when its OmniaScore is high. Each finding links to its sources so you can check it.
- Output is research to inform your decisions. It is not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. You must not rely on it without checking it, and you are responsible for any decision you make using it.
- Sources remain the property of their owners. Quoting a source in output does not give you rights in that source beyond what the law allows.
7. Fees and credits
Fees, plans and payment terms are set out in your order form or agreement with us. We may change them for any new or renewed term.
Some features use credits: Ask with live web research, research runs, and dashboard compiles and refreshes. A workspace on a metered plan with no credits left is refused before any paid work starts.
Fees and credits are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire when your term ends, when your workspace closes or as stated in your order form.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or use OmniaGraph to infringe anyone's rights
- try to reach a workspace, account or data you have not been given access to
- get around rate limits, credit checks or security controls, or share access tokens
- overload or disrupt the service, or call it in a way designed to avoid its limits
- copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product
- reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it
- upload malware, or content you have no right to share
- use output to make automated decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects
We may suspend or end access at any time, without notice, if we believe these rules have been broken or the service or other customers are at risk.
9. Our rights
We own the service, the software, OmniaScore and our brand. These terms do not give you rights in them beyond using the service as described here.
If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
We may create anonymised and aggregated data from use of the service and use it for any purpose, including improving the service. It will not identify you or your organisation.
10. Availability and support
OmniaGraph is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, or that any source, feature or AI model will remain available. We may pause the service at any time.
We do not promise any service level unless your signed agreement says so. For help, email [email protected].
11. Ending these terms
- You can stop using OmniaGraph at any time. Disconnecting your AI assistants and asking a workspace owner to remove you ends your access to that workspace.
- We may end or suspend your access, or refuse service, at any time and for any reason. If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement decides when it can end.
- When a workspace is closed, we handle its data as described in section 13 and our privacy policy. It is your responsibility to export anything you need before then.
- Sections that are meant to continue, including sections 6, 9, 12, 13 and 15, survive the end of these terms.
12. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
- Subject to that, you use OmniaGraph at your own risk. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by law are excluded as far as the law allows.
- Subject to the first point, we are not liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for:
- loss of profit, revenue, business, savings, goodwill, opportunity or data
- indirect or consequential loss
- errors or omissions in output, sources or scores, or any decision made using them
- third-party sources, service providers, AI models or AI assistants, or what an AI assistant or its provider does with results
- anything outside our reasonable control
- If, despite this, we are found liable, our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the billing period in which the claim arose.
- Any claim must be brought within 12 months of the event that gave rise to it.
- You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law or anyone's rights.
13. Data processing
Where we process personal data in your content on your behalf, you are the controller and we are your processor. This section is our data processing agreement. We will:
- process that data only on your documented instructions, which include these terms, unless the law requires otherwise
- make sure people who process it are bound by confidentiality
- take the security measures the law requires
- use the service providers listed in our privacy policy as sub-processors, under written terms, and tell you about changes by updating that list; you may object by ending your use
- give you the help the law requires with individuals' requests, security, breach notification, impact assessments and consultations with regulators, and may charge for it
- tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach
- delete or return that data at your choice when the service ends, unless the law requires us to keep it; copies in backups are removed as they expire
- give you the information needed to show compliance with this section and allow audits where the law requires, at your cost and on reasonable notice
The processing covers the personal data in your content, about the people named in it, for the length of your use of the service, in order to provide it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for that data and for your instructions.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. It is your responsibility to check this page. If you keep using OmniaGraph, the new terms apply.
15. General
- These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over OmniaGraph.
- No one other than you and us has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these terms.
- These terms and any signed agreement are the whole agreement between us. You have not relied on any statement that is not in them.
- If we do not enforce a right, we have not given it up.
